My theory:

POTUS must be insulated, as per Q. Trump will observe the long-term treaty of providing foreign aid to Israel to the tune of $3.3 bn per year. This will satisfy his base and his donors. What he will not do, however, is finance Israel's wars, which cost way more than that. No more gravy train for Israel, let them pay for their own wars. As soon as they realize this, Smotrich will sink the coalition, Netanyahu ends up behind bars and Israel will be rudderless. The end of the Zionist state is near, but it must implode on its own accord.
