Vanaf april krijgen de circa 66.000 medewerkers van de EU-instellingen weer meer geld. Het gaat om de zevende (!) salarisverhoging sinds begin 2022.
Ook de leden van de Europese Commissie, onder wie EU-baas Ursula von der Leyen, profiteren van deze verhoging. Haar basissalaris stijgt met ruim 2700 euro naar 34.800 euro per maand.
