International law is meaningless without mechanisms to enforce it. The UN was created specifically to protect international peace and security, and has supported US and NATO military interventions that violate its own charter. Israel is a politically unstable nuclear armed state committing genocide against a defenseless population in Gaza, regularly bombing Syria, and is seeking major wars against Lebanon and Iran. It is the textbook definition of a threat to international peace and security. The UN must intervene to stop the genocidal Israeli regime, or it has no reason to exist.
