1 The case was thrown out as a criminal case by the Director of Public Prosecutions due to insufficient evidence -- twice
2 Despite the Media headlines Nikita Hand did NOT win a rape case against Conor. That was an ACCUSATION.
3 The judge's instruction and the modest award given was for assault, not for aggravated or exemplary damages. This will be appealed.
4 The woman who claims she had no interest in him was sending him text messages and slutty pictures and agreed to meet him over a course of days.
5 She willing went with him to a hotel room and was seen afterwards on CCTV footage hugging his arm and kissing him.
6 She lied to her boyfriend to be with Conor and continued to lied to him via lengthy text messages. This is important because not only was she lying about what she was doing, she was able to lie about where she was and what she was doing thus negating her claim of being out of it and not remembering the parts caught on film that dont match her story.
7 She was also seen kissing up on another guy who she also accused of sexual assault and that failed. I have a theory on what was going on there.
KAVANAUGH
1 Was accused by Christine Blasey Ford in 2018 that Kavanaugh sexual assaulted her in HIGH SCHOOL in the 1980s. She made this claim through Dianne Feinstein. Christine claimed it happened at house party. She tried to produce a witness Leland Ingham Keyser saying "you were there" but Keyser claimed she did not know Kavanaugh and had no memory of an assault or even a house party.
2 Deborah Ramirez said Kavanaugh exposed himself to her at college... Told her friends she wasn't sure it was him. NYT times contacted dozens of her classmates and none had anything to corroborate.
3 Julie Swetnick described as saying that she attending "well over ten house parties in the Washington, D.C. area during the years 1981–1983 where Mark Judge and Brett Kavanaugh were present. In an interview with NBC News, Swetnick clarified that she did not personally witness Kavanaugh or Judge spike any drinks, and accused Attorney Michael Avenatti of twisting her words
4 Judy Munro-Leighton wrote some BS in a letter as a Jane Doe but then recanted

Assange has already been exonerated and they accused him of hacking and sharing secrets and other BS but initially it was rape allegations from women in Sweden.
oddly enough actual rape in Sweden often goes unpunished so long as it is some illegal migrant(s) doing the raping
