BREAKING: JORDANIAN TRUCKER KILLS ISRAELI SOLDIERS
A Jordanian truck driver carried out a deadly attack at the Allenby Bridge border crossing between Israel and Jordan, shooting and killing an Israeli officer and two soldiers at close range using a Jordanian-made Jaws JTP-9C pistol.
Both the Jordanian and Israeli border police missed the pistol when they checked his truck. Once he crossed the Karama Crossing from Jordan, he opened fire on three Israeli border police officers
Israeli emergency services confirmed the deaths of the three soldiers and the martyrdom of the attacker. Following the incident, the Israeli army detained Jordanian truck drivers at the crossing. Investigations are underway to determine if the attacker was a skilled sniper.
