The US has until 4-16 to provide safety assurances to Assange that he will face a fair trial, and extradition has been placed on hold.

If there are no assurances provided, or the case dropped, there is another hearing scheduled for 5/20

The UK High Court refused to consider evidence in its extradition hearings that the CIA considered kidnapping or murdering Assange because they claim it would have been done to stop him from fleeing to Russia.

They believe it's legally permissible to plot kidnapping or murdering journalists to prevent them from escaping from their kangaroo court system.

Absolutely insane.

BREAKING: ASSANGE GRANTED RIGHT TO APPEAL AGAINST U.S EXTRADITION

The UK High Court granted his request after Assange’s lawyers argued that no matter what assurances U.S politicians give, they cannot guarantee that he won’t face the death penalty over espionage charges.

“Based on the principle of the separation of powers, the U.S court can and will apply U.S law, whatever the executive may say or do.”

A reminder that this scumbag orchestrated a spying operation on journalist Julian Assange and all of his visitors in the Ecuadorean embassy and had plots developed to literally assassinate him. All because Julian released 100% factual information that made Pompeo look bad.
