HEZBOLLAH STATEMENT:
Today, Tuesday, October 15, 2024, between 12:30 and 2:00 pm, the Israeli enemy launched missiles loaded with internationally banned cluster bombs on #SouthLebanon particularly affecting the areas of Wadi al-Khanazir in Wadi al-Hujayr,
Khallet Raj between the towns of Alman and Deir Siryan, and east of the town of Alman in the direction of the forests.
In its statement, the Office added that this "barbaric crime", which adds to the series of atrocities committed by the Israeli enemy against both the Lebanese and Palestinian people, clearly demonstrates its blatant failure in direct confrontation with the Islamic Resistance fighters.
"It also reflects its flagrant disregard for all international treaties, norms, and laws, especially during times of war," it asserted.
The Office called upon the relevant authorities in Lebanon, as well as international human rights and humanitarian organizations, to condemn this heinous crime by all standards, particularly given its long-term negative impact on civilians.
