This funeral was not just for two departed individuals, but for the future itself. It represents a connection between the two secretary-generals and the future that we will continue to build with the people.
The resistance is deeply rooted, firm, and its supporters are steadfast and sincere, ready to stand strong in times of hardship.
You are the sons of Sayyed Hassan, of the resistance, and of the martyrs. Just as you have always held your heads high, remain. The enemies dream of defeating this people, yet they remain present on the battlefield, ahead of all others.
This funeral was a declaration of victory, reflecting our belief that we endured and remained firm until the agreement was reached.
We have many leaders and capabilities, and we regained control after ten days of aggression.
After the martyrdom of the Hashemi Sayyed, Sayyed Hashem Safi al-Din, I contacted the military resistance leadership and asked them to inform me of what (weapons) remained, not what was lost.
We experienced some security exposure and certain lapses, and we are conducting an investigation to draw lessons, hold accountable, and take corrective measures.
The fact that the resistance reached Netanyahu’s home is proof of its continued capability.
We reached an agreement, halted the fire, and our capability remains ours.
We were capable of striking anywhere we wanted, but we deliberately maintained our focus on military targets only.
To the "israelis:" Even if you remain in certain positions, this resistance will not allow you to stay there.
When we say the resistance continues, it means the resistance continues on the battlefield.
A message to the fighters: You are the crown of our heads and the legacy of the master of the nation’s martyrs, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah. JUST IN: Israel says the release of the five Lebanese prisoners is part of a comprehensive plan aimed at achieving normalization with Lebanon.
Israel and Lebanon have agreed to open discussions on POW/MIA issues as part of resolving border disputes. As an initial step, Lebanese prisoners captured after the ceasefire were released.
So far, there has been no comment from the Lebanese government.

Hezbollah's media relations department categorically denies any connection between Hezbollah and the events that took place today on the Lebanese-Syrian border.
It also reiterates what it has previously announced repeatedly, that Hezbollah has no connection to any events taking place within Syrian territory.
