#BREAKING: UNIFIL confirmed that its headquarters in Naqoura and neighboring sites have been repeatedly shelled by IsraelIn a statement, they announced that “two peacekeepers were injured this morning after an Israeli army Merkava tank fired its weapon at a watchtower at UNIFIL headquarters in Naqoura.”
According to the statement, “an Israeli army drone was seen flying inside the UN site up to the entrance of the bunker,” where the soldiers were taking cover.
The international forces said that Israeli army soldiers “deliberately” fired at and disabled surveillance cameras around the site, as well as at UN observation post 1-32A in Ras al-Naqoura.
