CNN showed a fire in Ukraine and you could see a firefighter with an Edmonton jacket on.

Edmonton Canada is home to a huge Ukrainian population and they've donated a lot of supplies to Ukraine.

This is probably a real fire, actually in Ukraine, and the guy has an Edmonton jacket on that is from Canada.

Sometimes the simplest answer is the most likely. Sometimes.
