Boy, am I glad to be a conservative who is spiritually independent. Imagine being a leftist or a Muslim and being right about fundamental Judaism, yet closing your eyes to radical Islam. Imagine being a Christian and closing your eyes to Jewish fundamentalism and only highlighting Muslim extremists. Imagine the mental gymnastics all these people have to go through to right certain wrongs they are confronted with.
Case in point, Owen Jones. I backed him for his courage to speak out about the Israeli film that was shown to journalists in the early days of the #GazaGenocide and his refusal to put out atrocity propaganda for Israel. But now that Elon Musk is shining a huge spotlight on the East Asian r*pe gangs in England, who just happen to be Muslim extremists, all of a sudden Jones seems to have lost all courage to help Elon in calling out the injustice done to young British girls who fell in the hands of these monsters.
You see, for leftists like Owen it's all about battling the 'far right' like Trump, Musk and Tommy Robinson. Their quest is not about pursuing absolute truth, no matter where it leads them and whether it fits their ideological box or not. Leftists are not independent thinkers, they are dogmatic authoritarians at heart.
And so the new talking point among the left is that the majority of child abusers are white and not Muslims. Wrong, Owen, the majority of CONVICTED child abusers are. The statistics are skewed because Muslim offenders are disproportionately kept from facing justice for their actions by white leftists, for fear of being accused by fellow leftists of 'racism'. That's what is really being laid bare by Elon Musk - and leftists like Jones are now scrambling with their panties in a twist for statements they made or neglected to make in the recent and distant past.
Here on X, Australian political activist Drew Pavlou called Owen to task about stuff that he has said in the past, causing him to put out a response video on YouTube stating that Pavlou left out a few crucial details and, in doing so, applying selective criticism of Owen through cherry picking. But it's in fact Owen himself who is doing the cherry picking, as the left is prone to do all too often. Watch the below video of this Scottish YouTuber, as Owen Jones squirms for being busted.
