UN SAYS ISRAEL IS GUILTY OF WAR CRIMES
“The statements made today by the Chair of the Commission of Inquiry on the Occupied Palestinian Territory, Ms. Navi Pillay, are a new confirmation from a high-level UN entity of the crimes committed by the criminal zionist occupation army, which continues to perpetrate crimes and violations in Gaza and all our occupied lands. These actions are driven solely by the aim of implementing genocide, ethnic cleansing, and displacement against our Palestinian people.
While we appreciate the international effort to document the crimes of the occupation, condemn its violations, and achieve international justice, we regret the equal treatment of the victim and the oppressor. We reject the continuous repetition of the occupation's accusations against the Palestinian resistance, which have been proven false through independent reports and investigations.
We call on the international community, the United Nations, and all human rights bodies to work to stop the crimes of the zionist occupier against our people. This is a collective responsibility and a legal and moral duty to halt the genocide happening before the eyes and ears of the entire world.
