“When Death Died, We Lived On”
Part I: The Unyielding Spirit of Palestine

Death has died, yet we have not.

You exiled us, then you burned our homes - your colonial masters, those bringers of historical curses upon the peoples of the world, told you: Go there, it is a land without people, we give it to you so that you may establish the idea of a people without a land on a land without a people. You did this because you were ignorant that the land speaks Arabic, and that its olive trees have roots that stretch as far as the heavens and the earth, nourished by the hands of Palestinians who watered them with their blood, their souls, and their children.

You mocked our minds and violated our blood - you gave yourselves the right to colonize the land and enslave its people, who have no master but God Almighty. Since the seventies, you have unleashed your cruelty, through the eighties and the Palestinian uprising, and the leader of “peace,” whom you killed with your own hands, ordered every oppressive soldier to break the hands of Palestinian children of peace. These children who yearned for one thing only: to live in a freedom that was denied to them since the moment they entered this brief life.

You plot and plan and boast, while we know with absolute certainty - despite everything… despite our sacrifices written in our blood… despite your killing of our youth… despite your stealing of our land and our trees… despite that you are the nightmare that seems as if it will never end… despite the groans of the wounded and the silence of the martyrs, living with their Lord, smiling because they tasted a glimpse of that vision, made real, before we could even see it… despite the isolation of a Palestinian prisoner sitting now within four black walls, with no one inside but himself, his Lord above him, and his spiritual connection to his land and his people waiting outside… despite the humiliation and bitterness you think you have succeeded in driving us into… despite your schemes to keep us divided and estranged… despite the strategies you’ve built for the decades to come… every Palestinian in every narrow alleyway in a refugee camp… in every town… in every city… in refugee camps beyond the land of Palestine… in exile… across the whole world, above and beneath it… listen well to what every Palestinian knows: that relief comes after hardship, and that one single moment, where the flag of Palestine is raised to wave somewhere and announce the enduring freedom of Palestine, embodies the very idea of the Palestinian rock upon which every conspiracy breaks, and nothing remains thereafter but the Palestinian and his historical roots in his land… Death has died, yet we have not.

⚡️Several rocket barrages were fired from Lebanon earlier this morning, causing significant impacts in northern Israel.

Rockets landed in the “Golani Junction” area in the Lower Galilee after Israel’s Iron Dome defense system failed to intercept them. In “Kiryat Shmona,” a building was directly hit by a rocket.

Additionally, a fire broke out after a rocket hit areas west of Tiberias (Tabariyya) and north of the Golan Heights. The attacks have led to heightened tensions and concerns in the region.
