⚡️BREAKING:

The International Criminal Court (ICC) has issued arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Yoav Gallant for alleged war crimes and crimes against humanity committed in Gaza between October 2023 and May 2024.

The charges include the use of starvation as a method of warfare, systematic deprivation of essential supplies, and attacks on civilians. The ICC found reasonable grounds to believe the accused knowingly restricted humanitarian aid and failed to prevent civilian suffering. While the warrants remain classified, the information was partially disclosed to raise awareness among victims and highlight ongoing investigations.

The investigation also highlights systematic targeting of essential resources, which led to severe suffering, deaths from malnutrition, and conditions aimed at destroying part of the civilian population in Gaza.

The ICC stated that international humanitarian law applies, given the occupation of Palestine and the armed conflict between Israel and Hamxs, and found the alleged crimes form part of a widespread and systematic attack on civilians. The Court’s decision reaffirms its jurisdiction to hold individuals accountable for violations of international law.

⚡️Israel committed 2 back to back massacres in Gaza;

Beit Lahia: 66 Palestinians killed, over 100 injured and dozens are under the rubble

The is what the U.S supports, they Vetoed UNSC resolution to ensure it continues.

⚡🇵🇸BREAKING: Hamas Statement on the Beit Lahiya Massacre

“The Beit Lahiya massacre is a continuation of the genocide against our people, enabled by the U.S. veto blocking a UN resolution to halt aggression.

In the early hours of this morning, the Israeli army committed a horrific massacre, bombing a residential neighborhood near Kamal Adwan Hospital in Beit Lahiya, resulting in an initial toll of 66 martyrs, with dozens injured or missing.

This ongoing ethnic cleansing in northern Gaza, carried out by the Israeli military for over 50 consecutive days, is backed by unlimited U.S. military and political support, as demonstrated by the recent veto at the UN Security Council.

The international community and UN institutions bear responsibility for these massacres due to their silence and failure to activate mechanisms to prevent genocide and uphold their legal and moral duties in protecting our people.

We call for global action to pressure for an immediate end to this genocide, hold the occupation accountable for its crimes, and deter its systematic plans to displace our people.
