ISRAEL TO END 'ADMINISTRATIVE DETENTION' FOR ISRAELISDefence Minister Israel Katz announces that Israel will no longer use administrative detention – detention without trial - but ONLY for Jewish settlers in the West Bank
As of November 1, Israel is holding 3,451 suspects without detention. only EIGHT are Jewish. The rest are Palestinian.
Palestinians, representing 99.99% of admin detainees, will continue being held without trial, charge, or a time limit.
This is a green light for Israeli settlers to carry out violent pogroms against Palestinians in the West Bank, with complete impunity and support of the Government and the IDF.
