Hamas in their pickup trucks, with green headbands, and Hamas policemen in Gaza police uniforms - are redeploying throughout the Strip, to the cheers of the crowd.
Hamas, which at no point in the war lost its control or hold on any part of the Gaza Strip (except for the areas that were completely evacuated), is taking advantage of these hours to strengthen and consolidate its hold and rule over the Gazan citizens.
Israel evacuated forces from Beit Hanoun, from Jabalia, from Beit Lahia, from central Rafah - and in the meantime Hamas has redeployed and continues to control a large number of civilians.
Even after a year and three months, Israel has not yet succeeded in dismantling Hamas' rule in Gaza and finding an alternative government.

BREAKING:The IDF has announced the recovery of the Body of Staff Sergeant Oron Shaul, who was captured in 2014 by Hamas.
On the 13th of January 2024 Hamas released a video showing Hadar Goldin, Oron Shaul, Avera Mengistu, and Hisham Al-Sayed who were captured by the Palestinian resistance in 2014-2015 with the caption “Ten years have passed. Do you remember them?”
As the video continues, the caption reads “In 2014, Netanyahu’s government neglected your sons and never returned them. 7/10/2023: Then and now, Netanyahu and his government are not concerned with returning your sons and loved ones. Time is passing and fading.”
The resistance announced the loss of contact with the cell that was responsible for holding the four prisoners.
