“The occupation is still procrastinating in implementing the humanitarian protocol, especially with regard to shelter, tents, rubble removal equipment, fuel and restoration requirements.

We called on the mediators to double their efforts and pressure the occupation and oblige it to implement the humanitarian protocol.”
