⚡🇵🇸BREAKING: Head of the Government Media Office, Salama Maarouf:

No caravans, heavy equipment, or machinery present on the Egyptian side of the Rafah crossing have entered the Gaza Strip so far. We hope they will enter in the coming hours, according to assurances from the concerned parties.

We are closely monitoring the behavior of the occupation and keeping mediators informed daily of its violations. We await its commitment to the ceasefire agreement and the commencement of the entry of all supplies listed within the humanitarian protocol, including the specified types, quantities, and agreed schedules.

The catastrophic humanitarian and living conditions endured by our people in the Gaza Strip as a result of the genocide and ethnic cleansing waged by the occupation over the past 15 months cannot tolerate further delays or procrastination in delivering essential shelter supplies and other necessities such as fuel, heavy equipment, medical devices, and infrastructure repair materials.

Approximately 1.5 million people are now homeless due to the destruction of their homes, while the entire population of Gaza suffers from the lack of the most basic life necessities and the total collapse of infrastructure.

⚡️BREAKING:

The Israeli occupation has transferred Dr. Hussam Abu Safiyaa, 52 years old and director of Kamal Adwan Hospital, to detention under the “Unlawful Combatant” law instead of subjecting him to a regular trial.

The center’s lawyer revealed that Dr. Abu Safiya has been subjected to torture and ill-treatment.

The “Unlawful Combatant” law seriously violates the right to fair trial guarantees, as it deprives the detainee of the right to be informed of the charges against them, the right to challenge the evidence, and thus the ability to defend themselves.

We emphasize that designating Dr. Abu Safia as an “unlawful combatant” is an arbitrary, dangerous, illegal, and retaliatory measure that demonstrates the prosecution’s failure to substantiate its claims and the charges attributed to the detainee.
