The correct path to achieving the agreement’s objectives—sustainable calm and the release of prisoners—lies primarily in implementing what was previously agreed upon and signed by all parties.

The U.S. administration proposed a framework for the agreement (which came into effect on January 19, 2025), and mediators, including Wietkov, moved to finalize it. The agreement ensures a sequential process that includes the release of all living and deceased prisoners, ultimately leading to sustainable calm.

For the 16th consecutive day, the zionist occupation has imposed a suffocating siege on Gaza by closing all crossings since the beginning of the blessed month of Ramadan.

More than 10,000 aid trucks have been prevented by the occupation from entering Gaza, in a systematic starvation crime against our Palestinian people.

The occupation has refused to allow in 850 fuel and cooking gas trucks, leading to the paralysis of the transportation sector, the closure of bakeries, and the complete disruption of humanitarian work.

This is a lethal siege and a slow genocide against more than 2.4 million Palestinians in Gaza.
