The sheer existence of this cartoonishly race hustling pseudo-rabbi does more to ignite antisemitism than a thousand 8chan Nazis ever could. He behaves like a freakish stereotype conjured up by the brain of Julius Streicher, while cynically marketing himself as a representative of world Jewry. For anyone inclined to distrust, despise or collectively blame Jews, Shmuley Boteach provides a perfectly convenient horror house clown exhibition.
