Palestinian journalist Diaa Al-Kahlout, a former prisoner in the Israeli detention camp of Sde Teiman, shared the following on his Facebook account:
“I, along with all those who were released from the Seddi Teiman detention camp, still suffer from wounds and the effects of these wounds from sitting on gravel, where we were forced by guards to lay on the ground to ensure that our feet were wounded by the guards.
My knee still oozes pus, and the skin color at the site of the injury has turned black. Hundreds of people from Gaza are still in Seddi Teiman and other prisons, forgotten without care, medical attention, or even continuous mention of their suffering.”
