Wrong. I thought this too, at first. Hamas fired 5,000 rockets, causing IDF patrols to hide in their bomb shelters and overwhelming the Iron Dome. As the rockets were flying, so were the resistance using hang gliders. Qassam fighters managed to reach the HQ of the Gaza Division within one hour and disable the communication system. This was a well-planned military operation based on surprise, speed and accuracy.
