Palestinian journalist Saeed Amin Abu Hassanein, his wife Asmaa, and their daughter Sarah were killed in an Israeli airstrike targeting their tent in Deir al-Balah, central Gaza.

Abu Hassanein had spent nearly 20 years working in audio engineering and radio mixing at Al-Aqsa Radio.

Palestinian resistance fighters are engaged in violent clashes with Israeli forces in the northern Gaza Strip.

The area surrounding the clashes is witnessing aerial and artillery bombardment and heavy gunfire. Initial reports indicate that a soldier was killed by a sniper, several others were injured in the clashes, and anti-tank missiles were fired.
