Peter O. (53) uit het Drentse Roden is donderdag veroordeeld tot anderhalf jaar cel en voorwaardelijke tbs voor het verkrachten van een 4-jarig meisje. Het misbruik gebeurde in de zomer van 2020 in een steegje zijn woonplaats.
