Netanyahy krijgt in eigen land veel kritiek omdat hij zo'n kasteel van een huis heeft. Hij wordt alsmaar meer gezien als een rijke stinkerd die geen enkele voeling meer heeft met de gewone bevolking van Israel. Het is verkiezingsstrijd daar en dus moest Netanyahu met een antwoord komen. Het PR-offensief bestond uit een rondleiding door zijn vrouw in hun 'schamele woning'. Het enige probleem was dat dit helemaal niet hun woning is, maar die van hun bediende!
