JUST IN: The Trump Administration is now pressuring Romania to lift the restrictions imposed on the Tate brothers after implications that USAID funds could've been used to fuel the prosecutions.
Romanian courts declared much of the "evidence" brought against the Tates illegal and ordered prosecutors to deliver factual evidence in the case file. So, in short conclusion, DIICOT, Romania's FBI equivalent, spent years collecting evidence and even jailed the brothers for months to continue their investigation, but still came up short.
Additionally, the girl who initiated the human trafficking accusations also got busted, accusing several other men of the same.
It's one thing to disagree with Andrew's online humor. It's a separate matter to seriously believe the claims against them hold weight.

Traian Băsescu appointee Rares Petru Stan to prosecute the Tate Brothers in Romania. Rares comes out of EJTN a partner with Soros funded Open Society, and was pumped up by USAID.
He opened three cases without resolving any of them, collected evidence illegally, confiscated property without justification, still failed to create a credible case.

Ron DeSantis is a governor not a king. It is not up to him to comment on who legally enters Florida. You cannot presuppose guilt. The Tates' charges from the first case were dropped Dec 19 when Biden was the president. They have a countersuit against one of their false accusers in Miami bc that's where she's from.
They have a right to due process of law, innocent until proven guilty. They have been convicted of nothing. You cant say shame on so and so for being in our state. If we allow guilt to be determined by accusation alone rather than by rule of law, then we have no law. His proper response should have been, I know these men have been accused of horrible things but thus far no evidence of that has been presented and no convictions have been made. A court of law determines guilt, not trolls on the internet. They are Americans they are welcome to be in Florida, to go to Disney, or swim in the Gulf of America.
