Een nieuwe meta-analyse uit Italië, gepubliceerd in het tijdschrift Nutrients, heeft een aantal schokkende gegevens over vitamine D opgeleverd.

Uit de meta-analyse, die gegevens uit 16 verschillende onderzoeken en 1,26 miljoen personen analyseerde, bleek het volgende:

• Vitamine D bleek in gerandomiseerde, gecontroleerde onderzoeken ongeveer 60% effectief tegen de incidentie van COVID-19.

• Uit observationele studies is gebleken dat vitamine D ongeveer 40-50% effectief is bij het verminderen van de incidentie van COVID-19.

• Om ernstige gevallen van COVID-19 te voorkomen die IC-zorg vereisten, was vitamine D-suppletie ongeveer 70% effectief.

We hoefden onszelf dus niet jarenlang binnen op te sluiten, bang te zijn en onze buren te belasteren omdat ze geen mondkapje droegen.

Fox News is wall to wall with dead-eyed politicians telling you that Iran is a dangerous “sponsor of terror.” Softening up the base for a war. But what exactly does that phrase mean, and how does it apply to the United States? Here’s one measure: over the past twenty years, how many Americans have been killed by Iran on American soil? Try to find that number, and then compare it to the number of Americans killed by drug ODs. Or suicide. Or illegal aliens. Or carjackings, diabetes and the Covid vax. Still think Iran is the greatest threat? How about we focus on our own country for a minute.
