BREAKING: WHERE IS MAHMOUD KHALIL?

Mahmoud Khalil’s attorney has confirmed they do not know his whereabouts. Officials initially claimed he was taken to an ICE facility in Elizabeth, NJ. But when his wife, who is EIGHT MONTHS PREGNANT, arrived to visit him, she was told he was not there. Now, reports indicate he may have been transferred as far as Louisiana.

This is NOT just an arrest. This is an ATTACK on the FIRST AMENDMENT and a chilling escalation of authoritarianism under Trump.

Mahmoud Khalil, a LAWFUL permanent resident and Columbia GRADUATE student, has not been charged with or convicted of a single crime. His only “offence”? Advocating for justice.

As a student LEADER, Khalil was ELECTED by his peers to negotiate with Columbia University on divestment from Israel. He is a voice of reason, a measured and brilliant mind, and now a target of state repression.

He has not been charged with or convicted of a SINGLE crime. He is calm, smart, and measured and backed by millions around the world!

The Department of Homeland Security’s decision to detain him is LAWLESS. It is a direct attempt to silence peaceful anti-genocide activism.

When I filmed this clip of @Charles_Lister openly praising Al-Qaeda in the U.S. capitol building back in 2016, my head spun as I remembered the post-9/11 climate of fear and hate generated by the mass media. I remembered how Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld manipulated the public’s patriotism and trauma to launch regime change wars that had nothing to do with protecting America, and everything to do with a nefarious preconceived agenda.

I remembered my high school classmate Andrew Stitzinger, one of the friendliest guys I knew, who enlisted in the army and fought in Iraq. He was severely injured by an IED and died not long after returning home.

All I could think is how young Americans were deceived into killing and dying in Afghanistan and Iraq supposedly to fight Al-Qaeda, and how Lister, @AdamKinzinger, @CongBoyle and @secupp were spitting on their graves.

It wasn’t long after Andrew’s death that the Obama administration began its regime change war in Syria, and Al-Qaeda went from being the boogeyman and pretext for for intervention to the top U.S. asset, which would terrorize the population, eventually collapse the Syrian state, and carry out the bloodbath happening today.

I can’t imagine what Andrew or any of the other American service men and women who genuinely believed they were going to protect their country would think if they knew American politicians and foreign-funded think tank hacks would lobby for Al-Qaeda, and that they killed and died for nothing.

May Lister, Kinzinger, Boyle, Cupp and the entire political/media class that shilled for Al-Qaeda never know peace.

When John McCain married into the family, his father in law Jim Hensley (Meghan’s grandpa) was already knee deep in the liquor business with Lansky front man Kemper Marley.

Meghan’s liquor running grandpa hired John into his company, and eventually helped fund and push his congressional career.
