Don't tell me this is a FAFO situation. Don't tell me "just release the hostages." No one, whether a nation-state, an individual, or a group, has the right to slaughter tens of thousands of innocent people in response to any attack, let alone a grossly exaggerated and likely LIHOP or MIHOP event. If you firebombed my home, I would not have the right to firebomb the entire city where you live. This is essentially what Israel is doing. And Israel is trying to set a precedent for what they and their accomplices (the U.S. in particular) might and are doing to other populations as well. If you say, "what do I care about what is happening thousands of miles from me," I tell you that you may be next. But also, if you're a U.S. taxpayer, you're being robbed to pay for this ongoing massacre.
