️BREAKING: OFFICIAL HAMAS STATEMENT ON HISTORIC UN VOYE AGAINST ISRAEL"We in the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) welcome the adoption by the United Nations General Assembly of a resolution demanding the Zionist entity to end its illegal presence in the occupied Palestinian territories, and we consider this vote an expression of the true international will in support of our people and their legitimate rights, foremost of which is their right to self-determination and the establishment of their independent state with its capital, Jerusalem.
This resolution expresses the international rally around the struggle of our Palestinian people and their struggle for their freedom and independence.
This decision, which comes after the advisory opinion of the International Court of Justice regarding the legal consequences resulting from the policies of the occupation regime in Palestine, is an important victory for our people, and an affirmation of the extent of the isolation experienced by the terrorist Zionist entity.
We express our appreciation to the countries that voted in favor of the resolution, and we call on them to take further measures and decisions that would isolate the fascist occupation entity, and put pressure to stop the war of extermination that it is waging against our people, which has been continuing for about a year, without paying attention to the UN resolutions calling for it to stop."
