They tried to claim the federal just in Texas did NOT have jurisdiction to hear the case, but the judge wholeheartedly REJECTED their claim, "Because the Court has personal jurisdiction over Defendants, venue is proper, and Plaintiff has properly pled its claims, Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss is DENIED."

Today is the 1-year anniversary of the viral "Ban The ADL" campaign that permanently raised the collective consciousness of Twitter to the realities of jewish control over online censorship. = WAfter October 7th, the collective consciousness was gradually raised again to "Ban AIPAC" and to the realities of jewish control over the US government. = W

We have been forced to share these orders because there is no transparency from the court, and the people who are being censored have no recourse to appeal. Our own appeals have been ignored.
