⚡️JUST IN: Recent U.S actions in Lebanon.

•Iraqi Airways Blocked: The United States and its Embassy in Lebanon prevented Iraqi Airways from landing at Beirut airport to establish an air bridge meant to aid displaced people. They required that all aid be sent through Jordan first, where it could be inspected.

•Sanctions Threat Against MEA: Washington also warned that it would impose sanctions on Middle East Airlines (MEA) if the airline flew wounded patients, who had been injured in Israeli airstrikes on September 16 and 17, abroad to receive medical treatment.

•Passenger Lists to the US Embassy: It was also reported that the US Embassy in Lebanon obtains the names of all passengers traveling through Beirut airport, which are provided by the International Air Transport Association (IATA).

⚡️BREAKING: Israeli special forces kidnap a Lebanese figure.

An Israeli special forces unit carried out a landing operation on the Batroun shore in northern Lebanon, between Tripoli and Beirut, and kidnapped an important Lebanese figure, believed to be a Lebanese Navy officer named “Imad Amahz,” according to the Hebrew newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth. The kidnapping operation took place from a building near the shore, and the unit returned safely to its base.

•The special force consisted of more than 25 fighters.

•The force left the area on fast boats, heading back to the sea.

•According to Lebanese military officials, the operation was coordinated with the German Navy, which operates in the northern maritime area of Lebanon as part of UNIFIL forces.



The Lebanese Minister of Public Works stated that the abducted person is a maritime captain for civilian and commercial ships and is educated at a civilian institute. He confirmed that the circulated video about the incident is accurate and that the security agencies are conducting the necessary investigations.
