The Kuwait Ministry of Foreign Affairs has urged its citizens to refrain from traveling to Lebanon.
Kuwaiti citizens currently in Lebanon are advised to leave at their earliest convenience.

Hezbollah’s video breakdown with timestamps:Hezbollah Military Media releases a video titled "To Whom It May Concern" and asserts that it showcases the most vital targets in "Israel" with locations which are only known to the enemy's security system, and that their targeting would return "Israel" to the Stone Age, according to Al-Mayadeen.

Other targets included a military satellite base and military bases in the “Yahud” region and others in the Occupied Naqab and Al-Jalil.
Sources to Al-Mayadeen stated that the video intentionally employed deliberate ambiguity.
