The Ministry of Health in Gaza announces the martyrdom of Mr. Hani Al-Jaafarawi, Director of Ambulance and Emergency Services in Gaza, as a result of the "israeli" occupation targeting the Al-Daraj clinic in Gaza.
The Ministry of Health, represented by Undersecretary Dr. Yousef Abu Al-Rish and all its staff, proudly and honorably mourns its martyr, Mr. Hani Al-Jaafarawi, Director of Ambulance and Emergency Services in Gaza. Along with his fellow paramedics, he represented a strong model of steadfastness, determination, and sacrifice while performing their humanitarian duty of evacuating the wounded and martyrs around the clock despite the "israeli" bombing and threats that disregard all international covenants and treaties.
The Ministry of Health, along with all health service providers, reaffirms its determination to continue its humanitarian medical duty despite the systematic targeting and direct killing that has affected 500 health personnel so far and the arrest of more than 310 others in harsh and inhumane conditions.
The Ministry of Health renews its call for the international community and its UN and human rights institutions to stop the brutal Israeli aggression against the Gaza Strip, protect the health system and its staff, and hold the "israeli" enemy accountable for the crimes of genocide against our people and its deliberate killing of health and humanitarian workers.

The position expressed by the head of the terrorist occupation government, Netanyahu, confirming his continuation of the genocide war against unarmed civilians in the Gaza Strip and his aim for a partial agreement to recover only a few prisoners and then resume the war, is a clear affirmation of his rejection of the recent UN Security Council resolution and the proposals of US President Joe Biden, contrary to what the US administration tried to market as alleged approval by the occupation.
Hamas's insistence that any agreement must clearly include a permanent ceasefire and a complete withdrawal from the Gaza Strip was necessary to thwart Netanyahu's attempts at deception and prolonging aggression and genocide war against our people.
We call on the international community and influential countries to work diligently to compel the fascist occupation government to stop its war against our Palestinian people. We also demand that the US administration make a clear decision to stop supporting the comprehensive genocide faced by our people in the Gaza Strip and to lift the cover from the occupation and its crimes, making Washington a key partner in committing them.

The criminal enemy’s continued targeting of civilian sites in the Gaza Strip, including yesterday’s targeting with heavy artillery around the headquarters of the International Committee of the Red Cross in Rafah, which led to the martyrdom of more than twenty displaced civilians, is confirmation of the continuation of the crime of genocide and the killing of all aspects of life in Gaza, in complete disregard to international demands to stop the aggression, with continued support and direct partnership from the administration of President Biden.
