BREAKING: HAMAS OFFICIAL STATEMENT
“The massacres carried out by the fascist Zionist enemy against our people in the Gaza Strip, including the bombing of the Haniyeh family home in the Shati camp, which killed ten civilians, including the sister of the head of the Hamas movement, the mujahid brother Ismail Haniyeh, the bombing of the Abdul Fattah Hamoud School in the Daraj neighborhood, which killed eight members of the Al-Jarou family, the targeting of the Nasr family home in the Maghazi camp, and the Asmaa School affiliated with UNRWA in the Shati camp, and the rise of dozens of martyrs, most of whom were children and women; is a confirmation by the fascist Zionist government of its continued defiance of all international laws, norms and human values, by deliberately targeting innocent civilians and committing the most heinous massacres against them.
We, in the Hamas Movement, hold the administration of US President Joe Biden responsible for the continuation of the war of extermination against our Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, by continuing to give the Zionist government and its criminal army political and military cover and time to accomplish the mission of destruction and extermination in the Strip.
In light of the continuation and escalation of these heinous massacres, we call on the masses of our Arab and Islamic nation, and the free people of the world, to intensify the movement at all levels, and pressure to stop the aggression. We also demand that the international community and the United Nations assume their responsibilities towards these ongoing horrific crimes, and take urgent action to protect innocent civilians, and hold the terrorist leaders of the occupation accountable for their crimes.”
