🔰 Communications Minister from the Likud party, Gila Gamliel, responded: "You are repeating what you said about the previous deal."

🔰 Ben Gvir to Gamliel: "Even in the previous deal, I was right. Look at how many soldiers were killed after the deal, and instead of finishing off Hamas, we stopped at that time."

⚡️JUST IN | Haaretz reports from the Mossad chief:

Netanyahu's insistence on new points in negotiations with Hamas may thwart the agreement.

The disagreement stems from Netanyahu's insistence on a monitoring mechanism for the movement of Gaza residents from the south of the strip to the north.

⚡️BREAKING:

Families of Israeli prisoners:

We demand an immediate clarification from Netanyahu regarding his statement that the captives are suffering but not dying.

Netanyahu's statements anger us, they are false, and they practically mean abandoning the captives.

Netanyahu and his government must do what they can to finalize a deal as quickly as possible instead of putting obstacles in the way.

A number of captives have been killed, and we have no way of knowing if other captives have been killed.

⚡️JUST IN:

This morning, 14 prisoners were released through the "Kissufim" crossing to Deir Al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip, including an elderly woman (Najah Safi). The prisoners had clear signs of abuse and torture that the israeli camps are known for.

As family members embraced each other after months of separation, the freed prisoners spoke about the difficult conditions within the zionist prisons.

One prisoner from Rafah who was held for two months, Faris Hijazi, spoke about the various methods of torture used by the IOF, including beating, electricity, scissors. He described how the prisoners barely slept and ate. From 5 AM to midnight, the prisoners would be subjected to abuse.

Another prisoner who was also held for two months, Rami Sameh Hmeid, described the use of dogs and pepper spray in torture. He says they would sleep from 6 AM to 9 AM only. They would be blindfolded and on the ground for the whole day, and some had their limbs broken.

Thousands of prisoners from Gaza are held in zionist prisons and concentration camps under terrible conditions, with the aim of directly assassinating them.

⚡️BREAKING: PFLP STATEMENT REGARDING UN HUMAN WATCH REPORT.

“Drafted by Zionist Hands and Given Cover for the Occupation, Discrediting the Resistance.

The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine strongly condemns and categorically rejects the report issued by "Human Rights Watch," which accuses Palestinian resistance factions of committing "crimes against humanity and war crimes on October 7."

We hold the organization fully responsible for the repercussions of this dubious report and demand an immediate apology and its withdrawal. It is clear that this report was drafted by zionist hands with the aim of diverting attention from the ongoing zionist genocide war against our people in Gaza and providing cover for the enemy to escape accountability.

Upon reviewing the report, it was found to be heavily biased towards the zionist narrative, ignoring the true dimensions of the Palestinian struggle. It overlooks the horrific crimes committed by the occupation, such as indiscriminate killings, arbitrary detentions, forced displacement, and the economic blockade on Gaza. The atrocities committed against Gaza detainees in extermination camps, where all forms of violations, including slow execution policies, are practiced, were also ignored. This confirms that the organization's report is based on weak and unverified evidence, lacking objectivity and impartiality.

The organization conflates the description of the political and legal status of the Palestinian people under occupation with the classification of "israel" as an oppressive occupying force and a colonial entity committing all forms of crimes and genocide. Therefore, the organization deliberately equates the victim with the executioner in its report, describing our legitimate resistance as terrorism, which insults our people's sacrifices. The Popular Front reaffirms the right of peoples under foreign occupation to use all available means to defend themselves and reclaim their legitimate rights under international law.

Ignoring this right in international reports, especially those of Human Rights Watch, encourages the occupation to continue its repressive practices without accountability. According to international covenants related to civil and political rights, peoples have the right to self-determination and to use all legitimate means to resist occupation, which the organization's report overlooks.

The organization relies on many unreliable testimonies and evidence, including accounts from within the zionist entity. The report is based on testimonies from "israeli" relief organizations whose claims have been proven false, some of which have been retracted. The occupation also prevents the work of international investigation committees.

Contrary to the false and malicious accusations in the report, the Palestinian resistance respected international humanitarian law standards and acted ethically during the events of October 7, as confirmed by global organizations and newspapers that initially believed the zionist narrative but later retracted their statements after the occupation's lies were exposed.

Blaming Palestinian factions constitutes a form of deliberate incitement and distortion that serves the occupation's agendas and justifies the continuation of its crimes against our people. We reject this one-sided narrative, as it achieves the occupation's goal of evading punishment.

Human Rights Watch continues to make fatal errors, often resulting in a net gain for the occupation, which exploits these mistakes to discredit the resistance and escalate its aggression.

In light of this dubious report, we demand an independent and impartial international investigation covering all violations against the Palestinian people, with a focus on the ongoing zionist crimes. Human Rights Watch has proven to be neither impartial nor qualified to handle the Palestinian issue in light of the lies and attempts to beautify the ugly face of the occupation presented in the report

The Popular Front, along with all resistance factions as a national liberation movement, will continue to defend our people's rights by all legitimate means under international law. We will not stop until we secure our right to self-determination, freedom, independence, and the expulsion of the enemy from our land. We call on the international community and human rights institutions to stand for justice and accountability, holding the zionist entity responsible for its crimes against humanity and the Palestinian people, not justifying its crimes and aiding its impunity.

⚡️BREAKING: HAMAS STATEMENT ADDRESSING THE UN HUMAN RIGHTS WATCH REPORT THAT ADOPTS ISRAEL’S NARRATIVE.

(1/2):

“In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

We reject the lies and blatant bias towards the occupation contained in the Human Rights Watch report, which lacks professionalism and credibility, and demand its retraction and an apology.

After 285 days of continuous zionist crimes against our Palestinian people in Gaza, unparalleled in modern history, and after the Zionist entity has been marked by the international community and courts as committing terrorism and genocide, the Human Rights Watch report echoes the lies initially propagated by the zionist occupation army and its media apparatus to justify its crimes against our people and secure international support, only to retract them after their exposure and falsification.

The Human Rights Watch report has adopted the entire "israeli" narrative, abandoning the method of scientific research and neutral legal stance, becoming akin to an "israeli" propaganda document.

Regarding what was mentioned in this report, we affirm the following:

1. The report begins with a dramatic and emotional account of an "israeli" person burned in the events of October 7 and ends with a woman psychologically affected by the events, ignoring the killing, destruction, starvation, and unimaginable suffering inflicted on our people in Gaza, perpetuating the idea of racial discrimination among humans. The number of martyrs and injured has exceeded 120,000 to date, with complete destruction of hospitals, universities, schools, and infrastructure, while the zionist machine of oppression continues its crimes with full American and Western support, yet the report does not find this worth mentioning.

2. The Human Rights Watch report insists on considering October 7 as the start of the story, ignoring what preceded it and all the wars, killings, torture, and siege our people endured. It is surprising that a human rights organization falls into this mistake. Our people, suffering from the occupation that is the source of all evils, have the right to resist by all means, and the occupying aggressor does not have the right to self-defense, as stipulated by divine laws and international agreements.

3. The report describes (according to its claim) the crimes committed by Palestinian factions on October 7, but deliberately ignores the crimes committed by the Nazi occupation army on the same day against our people in Gaza and even against "israeli" civilians, who were bombed alongside Palestinian fighters with planes and tank shells according to "israeli" reports, including the bombing of the music festival by "israeli" planes and tanks, burning thousands of cars with means and weapons not possessed by the Palestinian resistance.

4. The report's authors show their inhuman bias when discussing "israeli" prisoners held by the Palestinian resistance, repeatedly emphasizing the need for their immediate release and calling on countries with ties to Hamas and Palestinian factions such as Qatar, Turkey, and Iran to pressure the Palestinian resistance for their release. However, they do not call for the release of thousands of Palestinian prisoners, including men, women, and children, who are tortured, killed, starved, and humiliated in occupation prisons. Instead, the report justifies the occupation by referring to them as "those detained by 'israel' on suspicion of involvement in the October 7 attacks"!

(2/2):

5. The report claims that Palestinian fighters tortured and mistreated the individuals they captured, including those taken hostage. Anyone who saw the "israeli" captives released by the Palestinian resistance and observed their treatment or heard their statements to the media would recognize the falsehoods in the report. Conversely, the report mentions nothing about the conditions of Palestinian prisoners held by the fascist entity or their tragic situation upon release.

6. The greatest lies in the report concern what it calls "rape and sexual violence," without providing any credible evidence for these false accusations. In fact, the report itself admits: "Human Rights Watch could not gather verifiable information through interviews with rape victims or witnesses during the October 7 attack" and adds: "Human Rights Watch requested information on sexual violence and gender-based violence from the 'israeli' government but was denied access," indicating the report's insistence on condemning the resistance forces with "sexual assault" accusations without evidence, according to its own admission.

We, in the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas, affirm our commitment to a value system derived from our religion and respect international humanitarian law, as our people have paid and continue to pay a high price for the violation and degradation of international law by the occupation government and its supporters.

We do not claim infallibility for ourselves or all our people's forces, and we are always ready to review any wrongful behavior - if found - and hold accountable those who deviate from our values, and we will do so when the battle ends, but we will not accept lies targeting our people and their resistance.

Our people and their resistance forces insist on their right to resist to liberate our Palestinian land and live freely and with dignity on it. Human Rights Watch bears full responsibility for this report that justifies the occupation's crimes, allows their continuation, and damages its reputation as well as our people's resistance forces, thus we call on them to retract it and apologize.
