At the University of Haifa, the right-wing-led student union, which lacks Arab representation despite Arabs making up 50% of the student body, is being accused of manipulating the election process. For four years, no elections have been held, and today, candidates attempting to submit their forms were blocked with various excuses.
The union chairman, who is also running for re-election, is overseeing the process, raising concerns about fairness. Both Arab and non-affiliated Jewish candidates were unable to submit their candidacies, leaving the *Standing Together* group excluded.
