On October 13, 2023 Israel ordered residents of northern Gaza to “temporarily”evacuate while it cleared out “Hamas infrastructure.”
After a full year of civilian massacres, destruction of entire villages, and repeated false declarations of having defeated Hamas, Israel is laying siege to the entire area to ethnically cleanse and exterminate the remaining population.

The last post by journalist @HossamShabat was 7 hours ago.. We cannot reach him or anyone near to him.. He wrote that israeli tanks were just 700 metres far from him and there were quadcopter drones and fighter jets hovering over the area. He said he and the people near him might be killed any moment!

One year ago, 13/10/2023, The first two children were documented by @ahmedhijazee as having been beheaded as a result of the Israeli occupation’s targeting of displaced people heading along Salah al-Din Street from northern Gaza to southern Gaza.

The "israeli" occupation army is waging a war of genocide and extermination in the northern Gaza Strip, preventing ambulance crews and civil defense teams from retrieving dozens of martyrs from the streets and is seeking to completely destroy the health system and hospitals.
For nine consecutive days, the "israeli" occupation army has been conducting a clear extermination war as part of a genocide crime being carried out in the northern Gaza Strip. Ambulance and civil defense crews are being prevented from retrieving dozens of martyrs from the streets, while the occupation works to destroy the health system and hospitals entirely, in a deliberate, studied, and intentional manner, with full support from the U.S. administration, which supports and engineers the genocide and fully covers up the occupation's massacres.
The "israeli" occupation army is committing crimes against humanity, engaging in deliberate killings through the bombing of shelters and displacement centers, committing several horrific massacres against civilians by deliberately targeting gatherings of children and women. The occupation army is also targeting all vital sectors in northern Gaza Governorate, aiming to turn the region into an area of devastation, death, and genocide against our Palestinian people.
So far, the occupation has killed more than 300 martyrs over nine consecutive days of killing and genocide there, in a systematic crime and complete siege against civilians, particularly children and women, and destroying residential areas above the heads of their residents.
The "israeli" occupation seeks with all its might to implement a clear-cut plan for displacement, which is the largest and most dangerous U.S.-"israeli" occupation plan of the 21st century and modern times. This plan has also been publicly declared by ministers in the "israeli" occupation government, and the criminal displacement plan has been approved by criminal U.S. President Joe Biden and criminal U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken, who have given the occupation the green light to pass the malicious forced displacement plan against civilians, in blatant violation of international law, international humanitarian law, the Geneva Conventions, and all international agreements, as they collectively—in agreement between "israel" and the US—commit 19 types of crimes against humanity in the Gaza Strip.
What is happening in northern Gaza Governorate, particularly in Jabalia Al-Balad and camp, is a clear genocide crime, especially since the occupation is working to eradicate, burn, and destroy all vital sectors. While it has taken all hospitals in the north out of service, it has also, for the seventh consecutive time, prevented fuel from reaching these hospitals, where dozens of wounded and patients, especially in intensive care units, are on the verge of martyrdom due to approaching the zero point. This means that the U.S. administration and the occupation have sentenced hundreds of thousands to death.
We stand in awe, reverence, and great respect for our noble Palestinian people, who have shown legendary steadfastness embodied in the face of the criminal plans of the "israeli" occupation and the U.S. administration. With their steadfastness and determination, they have foiled all genocide plans, standing as an impenetrable barrier with their empty stomachs against the American and "israeli" occupation's uprooting plan for our Palestinian people, facing it with steadfastness, determination, and patience that even mountains cannot bear.

In the face of this criminal genocide war executed by the occupation and America, we would like to emphasize the following:
First: We launch an urgent call for help to the international community, especially to Russia and China, to all the free countries of the world, to all international and global organizations, and to all Arab and Islamic countries to exert all kinds of pressure on the criminal "israeli" occupation by all means and methods to stop the genocide, the extermination war, and the ethnic cleansing war in the Gaza Strip, particularly in northern Gaza, and to work on delivering food aid to tens of thousands of our Palestinian people in northern Gaza, who are being systematically starved by the occupation by the weapon of hunger, which has prevented food and baby formula from reaching them for more than 170 consecutive days. The occupation has decided to kill tens of thousands of civilians and children, whether by bombing and targeting or by starvation and preventing food from reaching Gaza and northern Gaza Governorates.
Second: We condemn in the strongest terms the crimes of murder and starvation committed by the "israeli" occupation army against civilians and displaced people, killing them in the streets of northern Gaza, especially in Jabalia Al-Balad and camp. We also condemn the occupation's relentless efforts to dismantle the health system and turn the north into a region of total devastation, and we call on the international community and all the countries of the world to condemn these ongoing crimes.
Third: We hold the "israeli" occupation, the U.S. administration, and all the countries participating in the genocide against our Palestinian people, such as the criminal United Kingdom, criminal Germany, criminal France, and other criminal countries that participate in the genocide, fully responsible for the continuation of these crimes that have been ongoing for a full year without these criminals stopping the brutal war against our unarmed Palestinian people.
Fourth: We warn the international community and all international and global organizations that the "israeli" occupation army is practicing a clear extermination crime, a war of uprooting civilians, and an ethnic cleansing war against our Palestinian people. We call on them to take practical steps towards the immediate and rapid cessation of these crimes against humanity, and we demand the prosecution of "israeli" war criminals in international courts to prepare them for trial and bring them to justice for their ongoing crimes.

Immediate freedom to our heroic prisoners.
