⚡️BREAKING: Hamas Statement regarding the exchange, the Palestinian detainees and Israeli captives.

A new batch of our heroic prisoners in the occupation prisons, who are serving life sentences and long sentences, see the light today within the framework of the Al-Aqsa Flood deal.

Today, we force the criminal occupier to open the doors of his cells to our heroic prisoners, and this is our pledge to them for freedom, and to our people to continue walking together on the path of independence and self-determination.

Despite the unprecedented brutal aggression that targeted every inch of Gaza in its barbarity, we preserved the enemy's prisoners, in commitment to our morals and customs, at a time when the criminal enemy tried to get rid of them, and pursued them by targeting and bombing.

This is one of the immortal days of our Palestinian people, in which it embodies its path and choices, and confirms its rallying around its resistance, and its insistence on continuing on the path of pride and dignity, and achieving its legitimate goals of freedom and establishing its independent state with Al-Quds as its capital.

⚡️JUST IN: Regarding the return of displaced people to the northern Gaza Strip:

The Israeli occupation army has not complied with the withdrawal from the Nitsarim axis as stipulated in the terms of the prisoner exchange deal, despite the resistance this morning carrying out the release of four female soldiers captured by the occupation in exchange for the release of approximately 200 Palestinian prisoners from Israeli prisons.

Interestingly, two days ago, the occupation requested the release of the soldier “Arbel Yahud,” who is held by the resistance in Gaza, linking her release to the opening of the Nitsarim checkpoint, the withdrawal of its forces from the area, and the return of displaced people to northern Gaza. However, while the occupation continues to delay and evade its commitments, mediators are exerting intense pressure on the resistance to release the soldier, ignoring the occupation’s clear responsibility for breaching the agreement through deceptive and dishonest means. So far, there are no tangible solutions to this issue.

For its part, the Government Media Office in Gaza announced that the return of citizens to northern Gaza is supposed to begin tomorrow, Sunday. However, the Israeli occupation army issued strict warnings against approaching the Nitsarim area. Furthermore, the occupation escalated its crimes today by opening fire on gatherings of citizens near the axis, reflecting its deliberate targeting of civilians with brutality.

In this tense situation, thousands of citizens are spending their night near the Nitsarim axis, hoping the road will open tomorrow so they can return to their homes in northern Gaza. Meanwhile, they live in a state of anxiety and fear for their safety in the face of the occupation’s ongoing threats.

Latest update from Hebrew Channel 14:

Tel Aviv considers opening the Netzarim axis and allowing Palestinians to pass through northern Gaza before the return of Arbel Yahud. Israel requires guarantees from mediators that her release will take place soon.

⚡️JUST IN:

The arrival of several liberated prisoners to Egyptian territory occurred because Israel refused to release them in Gaza or the West Bank as part of the resistance deal. This includes the liberated prisoner Muhammad Al-Tous from the town of Al-Jaba’a, south of Bethlehem who was arrested when he was a child and had been detained for 40 years!

The occupation continues to stall in implementing the terms of the ceasefire and prisoner exchange agreement by continuing to close Rashid Street and preventing the return of displaced people on foot from the south to the north.

We hold the occupation fully responsible for any delays in the implementation of the agreement and the consequences this may have on subsequent stages.
