Israel’s End GoalIn this video, the former Prime Minister of Israel, Ehud Olmert, says South Gaza is “the real headquarters of Hamas.”
Now obviously this contradicts Israel’s claim of Northern Gaza being where Hamas primarily operates, with Al Shifa being their headquarters.
As far as I’m aware, Ehud is the only one so far to call Khan Younis “the real headquarters of Hamas” but I suspect more Israeli officials will push this narrative as time continues.
Why?
Well Israel is currently turning Northern Gaza into rubble.
A large amount of it is uninhabitable, with more and more of it becoming uninhabitable everyday.
When the entirety of Northen Gaza has turned to rubble, Israel will say:
“Hamas have fled to the south of Gaza, their main stronghold is in Khan Younis!”
For over a month, Israel has told Palestinians in Gaza to flee south.
So when Israel decides to bombard the south of Gaza HEAVILY, what will happen to the civilians?
Israel will give them 2 options:
1. Tell Egypt to open the Rafah crossing and take in EVERY Palestinian from Gaza as refugees.
2. Die and be called “human shields”.
Palestinians in Gaza will either have to die or live the rest of their lives in tents as refugees in Egypt.
This is all part of Israel’s plan.
They want to drive out the Palestinians by FORCE and then claim Gaza as their own.
Just like they’ve done with the rest of Palestine that they STOLE and made apart of Israel.
Or if they don’t want to live the rest of their lives in a tent in Egypt,
Israel will kill them.
Because you know, “human shields”
How do we prevent this from happening?
Simple.
A Ceasefire.
Not a 4-5 day pause.
An actual proper ceasefire.
In order for a proper ceasefire to come about, only 2 things need to happen:
1. Oil Embargo
Every Arab and Muslim nation MUST put an oil embargo on Israel in order to pressure them into a ceasefire.
This would cause HUGE economic problems for Israel and would cause them to have no choice but to call for a ceasefire.
2. No More Western Aid To Israel
This one is a lot less likely to happen, but would still work.
The U.S. & EU need to cut off ALL aid to Israel.
Both funding and arming Israel would need to come to a halt in order to pressure Israel into a ceasefire.
Israel cannot function without foreign aid, so again, much like the oil embargo option, Israel would have NO CHOICE but to call for a proper ceasefire.
