⚡️BREAKING: Hamas Statement:

We condemn and reject the occupation’s violation of the ceasefire agreement and its failure to withdraw from the Salah al-Din Axis (Philadelphi Corridor).

The Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) condemns the occupation’s breach of the ceasefire agreement by failing to comply with the agreed withdrawal schedule.

The zionist occupation has not abided by the gradual reduction of its forces in the Salah al-Din Axis (Philadelphi Corridor) during the first phase, nor has it begun the withdrawal on the 42nd day, as stipulated in the agreement.

According to the agreement, the withdrawal was to be fully completed by the 50th day—which was supposed to happen yesterday—but has yet to take place.

This blatant violation constitutes a clear breach of the agreement and an open attempt to undermine and empty it of its content.

The continuation of these violations reaffirms the occupation’s pattern of disregarding agreements and manipulating international commitments.

These violations place responsibility on the mediators to pressure the occupation into fulfilling its commitments and immediately ending its presence in the Salah al-Din Axis (Philadelphi Corridor).

We call on mediators and the international community to intervene immediately to ensure the occupation’s withdrawal and the resumption of second-phase negotiations without delay.

Commitment to the agreement and completing negotiations is the only way to secure the release of the [zionist] captives. Any stalling is a reckless manipulation of their fate and the emotions of their families.

⚡🇮🇱JUST IN: The “godmother” of illegal Israeli settlements has been nominated for 2025 Nobel Peace Prize.

Daniella Weiss, leader of the Nahala settlement movement, which advocates for Gaza’s destruction and West Bank settlement expansion, has been nominated for the 2025 Nobel Peace Prize.

Dubbed the “godmother” of illegal settlements, she was nominated by two Israeli professors for her role in “strengthening Jewish communities and promoting regional stability.”

During Israel’s assault on Gaza, she organized settler trips to watch the bombings and pledged to build Jewish-only settlements after Palestinian expulsion.

⚡️JUST IN: Hamas Statement:

The Israeli occupation continues to fully close Gaza’s crossings, blocking the entry of humanitarian aid and essential supplies, exacerbating the suffering of over two million Palestinians in the Strip.

This closure constitutes a violation of the ceasefire agreement, which stipulates the unimpeded entry of aid.

Such actions represent a blatant violation of international humanitarian law and the Geneva Conventions. This is a war crime and collective punishment that endangers the lives of innocent civilians.

The blockade on food, medicine, fuel, and essential relief supplies has led to soaring food prices and severe shortages of medical necessities, deepening the humanitarian crisis in Gaza.

The closure of crossings and the ban on heavy machinery obstruct efforts to retrieve bodies, carry out reconstruction, and provide relief, worsening the already dire living conditions.

We call on mediators to pressure the occupation into fulfilling its commitments and immediately reopening the crossings to ensure the flow of humanitarian aid and end the collective punishment imposed on our people.

We strongly condemn the use of humanitarian aid as a political bargaining tool. These aggressive policies will not break our people’s will or achieve the occupation’s goals. Our people will continue their steadfastness and struggle until they secure their legitimate rights.

⚡️JUST IN:

Attorney Khaled Mahajneh stated that the Israeli prison administration does not provide Palestinian prisoners with a Suhoor meal.

Mahajneh explained that prisoners receive a poor-quality breakfast at 10 AM, forcing them to save it for the next day and consume it cold and even worse in quality for Suhoor.

With the arrival of Ramadan, the Israeli prison administration continues to violate the sanctity of the holy month and disregards its religious practices through:

•Denial of worship by banning group prayers, confiscating Qur’ans, and prohibiting Taraweeh prayers.
•Deliberate starvation by delaying meals, providing spoiled food, and banning traditional Ramadan dishes.
•Daily repression through night raids, humiliating searches, and confiscation of basic necessities.
•Enforced isolation with no visits, no communication, and years without breaking fast with family.
•Medical neglect and torture by depriving prisoners of medical treatment, subjecting them to systematic torture, and leaving sick prisoners without care.

⚡🇵🇸🇮🇱JUST IN:

The Israeli army abducted two children from the Abu Ghali family in Jenin, detaining them for hours before releasing them without clothes. During their detention, their grandmother, 58-year-old Faiza Abu Ghali, was killed by Israeli forces. This marks day 50 of the siege on Jenin.

⚡️Press Statement Issued by the Government Media Office

The Zionist-Nazi occupation has deliberately escalated its crimes against our people over the past ten days, blatantly violating the ceasefire agreement. The latest attack today resulted in the martyrdom of five Palestinians near Kuwait Roundabout, including two brothers, who were targeted by occupation drones. This raises the number of martyrs since the ceasefire took effect on January 19 to 137, including approximately 52 in Rafah.

The occupation continues to tighten its siege, exacerbating our people’s suffering by blocking essential life-sustaining supplies while also escalating field executions, killing civilians in cold blood.

The occupation fabricates false narratives to justify its killings of unarmed civilians, including children and women, none of whom posed any threat. Most of those killed were inspecting their homes near areas occupied by Israeli forces.

The occupation’s violations of the ceasefire, its refusal to withdraw from the Salah al-Din axis in southern Gaza, and its continued incursions and demolitions in Rafah reflect its aggressive intentions and signal further massacres against our people.

We call on mediators to restrain the occupation and compel it to uphold its commitments under the agreement. The international community must take responsibility for the occupation’s ongoing crimes, including the latest act of collective punishment—the tightening of the siege on 2.4 million people—and its field executions of civilians.

⚡️BREAKING: Hamas Statement:

The zionist occupation continues to completely close the crossings of the Gaza Strip, preventing the entry of humanitarian aid and basic supplies, exacerbating the suffering of over two million Palestinians in the region.

The closure of the crossings constitutes a violation of the ceasefire agreement, which stipulates the facilitation of aid entry without restrictions.

This closure represents a blatant violation of international humanitarian law and the Geneva Conventions. It is considered a war crime and collective punishment, threatening the lives of innocent civilians.

The prevention of food, medicine, fuel, and essential relief materials has led to soaring food prices and a severe shortage of medical supplies, worsening the humanitarian crisis in the region.

The closure of crossings and the prevention of heavy machinery entry obstructs efforts to recover bodies, repair infrastructure, and rebuild, further increasing the suffering of residents living in harsh conditions.

We call on the mediators to pressure the occupation to honor its commitments and open the crossings immediately to ensure the flow of humanitarian aid and end the collective punishment policy being pursued by the occupation authorities against our people.

As we condemn the use of aid as a tool of political blackmail, we affirm that these aggressive policies will not break the will of our people, nor will they succeed in achieving the occupation’s goals. Our people will continue their steadfastness and struggle until they attain their legitimate rights.
