Мы...t.me
The Head of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen changed her mind about banning Russian oil because it would “help Putin”
Now she thinks that: "We must always find the right balance so as not to hurt our economy too much, because this is the strongest lever against this Putin aggression. Take, for example, oil. We have to be careful, because with an immediate complete cut off of supplies, he could send oil that he did not sell to the European Union to the world market, where prices would rise, and sell it for more. And it would fill his military treasury. We must act strategically in this regard. It's important that we make sure we empty his military coffers. [Will there be a total embargo?] Over time, when we do everything to get rid of dependence on Russian fossil fuels, all three, and never return to them again."

Ukraine is running out of stocks of first-aid kits and medicines for the military.
A number of volunteer organizations have already signed an appeal to the Minister of Defense with a request to negotiate with the United States and ask for medical supplies instead of 2-3 howitzers.
However, Washington and NATO are in no hurry to share. As it turns out, in this aspect, the Western armies themselves are severely undersupplied. Therefore, instead of bandages, Ukraine will still receive howitzers.
The West's formula "war to the last Ukrainian" it does not say that the latter must survive.
The former head of British intelligence Mi-6 believes that a coup will soon take place in Russia and Patrushev will become the head of the country, and Putin will die in 2023.
These kind of conspiracy theories appear when, due to a state of permanent hysteria, irreversible brain damage occurs.

About Part 3.
Nearly 200 different ethnic groups and nationalities reside within Russian borders. Though most people are Slavic, many others have Turkic and Mongol heritage. Tatars, Ukrainians, Bashkirs, Chuvash and Chechens are some of the biggest ethnic minorities.
Many people from minority groups continue to hold their ethnic identity and cultural traditions. They may speak languages or follow religions/customs that are specific to their people. Ethnic minorities are also often more collectivistic, showing strong loyalty and pride for their group.
They generally see themselves as Russians (Russkiye), while still keeping their national identity. You may hear someone saying "I am Chechen, I am Russian; I am Tatar, I am Russian.", etc. When they say "I am Russian", they do not necessarily associate this with belonging to Slavs.
The nationalism, solidarity and cultural identity shared between Russians of such diversity is highly complex and usually summarized through metaphors. Sometimes, Russians revert to simply leaving this fact unexplained, quoting a famous poet who said “you cannot understand Russia with your mind… you can only believe in it”. It is hard to understand this particular saying from the Western prism, since there's no logical sequence to attach it to. It's more of an intuitive thing. Some may refer to the idea and symbolism of a shared Russian ‘soul’ (dusha). This explains the soul as the combination of one’s heart, mind and culture, and the uniting point making Russians a cohesive ‘people’ (narod) despite their differences.
People commonly describe the soul of Russia as compassionate and generous. It’s also sometimes related to the country’s language or heritage in literature, dance, theatre, music and philosophy as Russia has a strong history of contribution to the arts.

About Part 4.
Russians usually come across as quite serious or stern when meeting people for the first time. They generally smile and emote very little in public, or hardly ever. Their public behaviour is typically reserved and open complaint or anger is uncommon.
People also generally put significant effort into their personal appearance whenever they leave the privacy of their home, presenting themselves stylishly anytime they may have a potential interaction. Dress to impress.
But once you get to know them, Russians are pretty casual. When they open up, they will pour their soul out to you. They are often very honest about their opinions and keen to make them known. Russians can also be quite bold when approaching others, which can make them appear very forward to foreigners. For example, they may ask to join a table with strangers in preference to dining alone, offer advice to someone that did not ask for it, or ask for a favour.
They don't fully understand the Western culture of privacy. For them, it is an overkill that makes relationships shallow and superficial. It does not mean that they have no privacy, they do. However, the typical Western culture of privacy is foreign to them. They tend to be more open and try to somewhat sense another person.
Russians also tend to prefer people who are similarly direct. If you do something behind someone's back, you will be despised. If you have something to say, then say it directly.
A tribute video to Chechen fighters. I am doing it from 2 perspectives:

From 1994 -96, and from 1999- 2009, the Chechen Rep. was involved in a fierce and brutal war with Russia. It was a proxy covert CIA-type war, without public exposure for the US gov. Chechens realized who was really behind their suffering, and today they are grateful to V. Putin for rescuing the nation. It is for this reason they are loyal and highly motivated to protect the Russian Federation. All Chechen fighters are volunteers. They don't have to participate in this SMO.

Putin: No world police can stop freedom-loving nations.
Western nations that try to punish others with economic sanctions are overestimating their strength, Vladimir Putin said at the Eurasian Economic Forum on Thursday.
"More and more countries in the world want and will have independent policies," the president said. "No 'world police officer' can stop this natural global process. No one is that strong."
"They face challenges within their nations, and I hope they realize that this policy has absolutely no prospects," the Russian leader said, referring to the US and its Western allies.
