⚡🇮🇱🇸🇾BREAKING:

The initial moments following an Israeli airstrike on the Scientific Research building in the Barzeh neighborhood of Damascus, Syria.

Israel also bombed the T4 military airbase in Homs, Syria, as well as 5 airstrikes on Hama military airport.

This strike comes as Turkey has initiated plans to deploy troops and air defenses to the base, which is the largest in Syria.



⚡🇸🇾🇮🇱JUST IN: Israel has carried out large-scale airstrikes in Syria today

Israeli airstrikes targeted multiple sites across Syria, according to Syrian state media. In Damascus, the Scientific Research Center in Barzeh was hit. In Hama, strikes severely damaged the military airbase, destroying warplanes, aircraft shelters, the runway, and ammunition depots.

In Homs, at least two strikes hit the T4 Airbase, which Turkey is reportedly considering for drone and air defense deployment. An Israeli official told The Jerusalem Post the strikes were a clear warning to Ankara: “Do not establish a military base in Syria and do not interfere with Israeli activity in the country’s skies.”

The Israeli occupation army is currently shelling the outskirts of Nawa in the western Daraa countryside at a more intense rate.

⚡🇮🇱🇸🇾BREAKING: Israel to start “guided tour trips” to Syria.

For the first time since 1948, Israel is allowing settlers to walk along the western fence of the Golan Heights—near the borders with Syria and Lebanon and in Syrian territory for guided tourist trips during the upcoming Passover holiday.

Approved by the Israeli army, the tours will include scenic areas inside Syria and sites near the Yarmouk River, according to Yedioth Ahronoth.

⚡️BREAKING:

According to Reuters, Saudi Arabia is preparing to cover Syria’s outstanding debt to the World Bank.

When asked for comment, a spokesperson for the Saudi Ministry of Finance said, "We do not comment on speculation, but make announcements, if and when they become official."

Syria currently owes about $15 million to the World Bank. That debt needs to be settled before the institution can move forward with grants or other types of support.

During a 'field tour,' Zamir said Israeli forces "entered here because Syria fell apart, and therefore we hold key points and are on the front line to best protect ourselves

He said that the area offers a "strategic point" with "extremely important security significance
