Vanmorgen had ik een video geplaatst van haar. In die video schijnt ze toe te geven dat Q nep is. Nu deze video is weer een hele andere. Hoe is dit te verklaren dat ze 2 keer iets anders verteld?

Laat ik het zo zeggen, indanks mijn gebrekkige Engels haal ik eruit dat ze naar de mond van de vijand praat. Misschien een tactiek waarvan we niet weten waarom. Maar kan goed de reden zijn dat ze daarom zwart gemaakt word.

Ik heb de video nu ook gezien. Misschien denkt ze er echt zo over, misschien is het een tactische zet, misschien is het verraad aan een deel van haar kiezers. Vooralsnog krijgt ze wat mij betreft het voordeel van de twijfel. We zullen zien.

Ik geef haar zeker ook het voordeel van de twijfel. Daar ligt het niet aan. De datum van de video die jij plaatste is voor mij niet zichtbaar omdat het afspelen meteen begint in rumble. Een weergave van de link ernaar toe is niet zichtbaar. In feite is het natuurljk wel zo dat de Twin towers ook echt gebeurd zijn. Dat ontkent ze ook niet. Alleen dat alien verhaal is wel vreemd. Plus ze heeft nog steeds 199 partijleden die haar wel steunen tegenover 11 niet. Dat zegt ook wel wat.

Oh en Mike, misschien wist je niet dat terug bladeren niet nodig is. Je forum is zo pragmatisch in elkaar gezet dat wanneer je op de gebruikersnaam klikt je alleen de berichten ziet van die persoon. Dat scheelt een hoop blader werk.

By transmitting the Article of impeachment to the US Senate on Monday, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi and the US House of Representatives acknowledge that Donald J Trump remains the President of the United States of America, since only Current Presidents can be impeached.
Furthermore, the US Senate voted on Tuesday 55-45 to proceed with a trial of President Trump, this vote explicitly acknowledges that Donald J Trump remains the current President of the United States of America since only current Presidents can be impeached and tried. US Constitution: Article I, §3, Clause 7 “Judgment in Cases of Impeachment shall not extend further than to removal from Office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any Office of honor, Trust or Profit under the United States”.

For these reasons, President Trump, may be duty-bound to rename his, “The Office of the Former President” to “The Office of the Acting President of the United States”. The launching of the US Senate trial explicitly acknowledges via majority vote by both chambers of the US Congress (House transmittal of Article of Impeachment 232-197 and Senate acceptance to begin Trial 55-45) that Trump is the President since only Presidents can be impeached and tried!

While Congress, based on their recent actions w regard to the 2nd Impeachment (see previous post), recognize Trump as the current President, even if the Senate does decide to convict with a 2/3 vote, this will be Constitutionally insufficient.

The US Constitution requires under Art I, §3, Clause 6 that “When the President of the United States is tried, the Chief Justice shall preside:”

Since Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts is not presiding over the Senate Presidential impeachment trial, the vote will not be Constitutionally viable and thus not binding on President Trump!
