Given how far away the nearest star is, what conclusion did Q what the questioner to reach?
I think the conclusion Q wanted the questioner to reach was that the nearest star is too far away, thus any real UFO activity is human activity as there are people up there utilizing technology they don't want the rest of the world to know about or to have.
BUT...
...when it SERVES THEIR PURPOSES, the people utilizing this advanced technology will generate a bunch of "UFO encounters/sightings" as a distraction to make the public look here and not over there.
