I think my neighbor might have nuclear weapons. He won't let me inspect his bedroom. Why, if there is nothing to hide? The only thing to do is an airstrike. He has been ask repeatedly to prove he doesn't have nuclear weapons and he has been unable to prove a negative. We can't let the smoking gun be a mushroom cloud.
