A Columbia Student is Suing The Trump Admin Over Deportation Effort

Yunseo Chung, 21, is suing the Trump administration after ICE tried to deport her.

She is a South Korean-born lawful PERMANENT US resident who participated in Pro Palestinian protests.

After a March 5 protest, ICE searched her dorm and family home, claiming she obstructed U.S. foreign policy.

The Trump administration is openly justifying deportations by citing harm to U.S. foreign policy, specifically in relation to Israel, rather than any threat to Americans.
