And you are consuming this. With the thing about: "Oh, you're getting DHA and blah, blah, blah." DHA you can get from hazelnut oil. And then I suggest you get it from the nut oils and the seed oils, which are better than that shit they're selling you in the health food store calling it "fish oil."
All the fish oils have been proven to be rancid. (Niacide??) in Canada, I think they tested like 18 different brands: not ONE was fit for human consumption. And... they're all loaded with lead, cadmium, and mercury; even the ones with so-called "mercury free." And let me explain "mercury free." Mercury free
See, there's a level of mercury which is "highly toxic" and there's a level of mercury which is "toxic." And then there's a level of mercury that's still toxic, but not as toxic as "toxic."
And then it's cumulative.
Just so we get this so people can understand this. And what happens is that when you buy this stuff and it says "mercury free," Yeah! But ...they didn't tell you that there's lead in it. They didn't tell you that there's cadmium in it. They didn't tell you that the mercury is still there. And...they didn't tell you that it was oxidized shit. You know, when they say it's a "distilled fish oil" I use to always look at that. How is this safe? Because you've heated the oil!
See, fish oils. omega-3s, can't take the temperature. 104 degrees and then anything above that, they're done! And if you're even close to that, it starts to oxidize. Then you've got to put in an anti-oxidant in order to sustain it like BHT or centro? or Rosemary, or Vitamin A, or some anti-oxidant that's going to keep it from further breaking down. None of that has that in there. And then they're telling you that BHT will cause you cancer. Well, breathing today can cause you cancer. All the Nano particles which will bring this shit - activating, hitting you daily, causing Nano, your DNA to be broken down. And all this shit. You know, you're breathing this in and causing this to agglomerate in your cells, bypassing your body, translocating and then building. Because this activates this. And this starts to grow in your body.
"That's science fiction!" No, it reality today.

Hey Tony, you once said that Omegas 3 are bad, and im trying to find the research to it. Can you point me to the right source? Because on almost every site about chemtrails i read that Omega 3 are very good for detoxification from these heavy metals. Thanks!

the cells need saturated fats and omega 6 ~ and all your fish oils are rancid before you even buy them, so again who ever wrote this is scheming ~ wheeling and dealing~ and the fermented fish oil is another scam ~ you cannot ferment oil ~ sugar yes ~ so if you are also reading this, then, again, this is another scheme, since this is basically rancid oil being sold as a health product.

HerbsPlusBeadWorks (1 year ago): Studies are all based on who pays for them~ if you also look there you will see soy studies and margarine studies favouring the health aspect, which are all falsified as we well, but were paid for by solae or other lobbying groups or universities heavily endorsing these investments~ best way to test what I am telling you is quit using the shit and see how you respond and give yourself a 6 week clearance time in the interim, increase saturated fats and omega 6 ~ there maybe a transition and you may feel a discomfort; this will be due to the flushing out the oxidative damage the 3's have done, and after a bit will see major improvements.
most of the BS on omega 3 is what it is--BS selling shit rancid oils that are leftover waste from the fishing industry or manufacturing, and then they feed it to you with manipulated studies ~ remember flouride??

The Painful Truth About Polyunsaturated Omega 3
Polyunsaturated omega 3 and 6 are potentially harmful to the body in 3 primary ways:
Through very rapid lipid peroxidation and free radical damage
Through the formation of pro-inflammatory prostaglandins
By forming trans-isomers and other ultra-unusual fatty acids
Polyunsaturated oils are the most susceptible to the oxidative destruction of lipid peroxidation. Lipid peroxidation is the process of degradation of lipids. Omega 6 and especially omega 3 cause very rapid cellular breakdown to take place. Wonderful news if you would like enormously high amounts of free radicals floating around inside of you. Bad news if you are interested in maintaining your health.
Not only will omega 3 fatty acids cause a rapid and substantial loss of vitamin E in the body, omega 3 will rapidly oxidize, even before entering the blood itself. Omega 3 consumption can result in liver spots on the skin known as Lipofuscin, and this is especially true if vitamin E levels are low.
Omega 3 fatty acids do have anti-inflammatory effects in the body, but these anti-inflammatory effects are short lived. And there may be long term pro-inflammatory effects associated with their consumption. Omega 3 works on what are called prostaglandins. Prostaglandins are “messengers molecules” that play very substantial roles in the pro-anti/inflammatory responses in the body.
Essentially omega 3 temporarily blocks the conversion of PG2 prostaglandins. It is this class of prostaglandins which are responsible for so many inflammatory processes that result in pain, arthritis, autoimmune processes, migraine headaches, etc. In fact, omega 3 blocks the same prostaglandin pathway that aspirin blocks, seeming to indicate that omega 3 has more of a drug like effect than a nutritive effect in the body.
The problem though with omega 3 and prostaglandins is that it is the oxidized omega 3 fats in the body that work on the prostaglandins. As we’ve already discussed, oxidation of omega 3 oils in the body is harmful because they will result in high amounts of free radical formation, destruction of cells and loss of vitamin E.
The other damaging aspect of omega 3 occurs when they are heated or oxidized. Omega 3 is a very heat and oxygen sensitive oil. Heated omega 3 oils (such as in cooking fish, meat or nuts & seeds, or any other source of omega 3, or the heat extraction process of fish oil) results in the formation of trans-isomers or other unusual types of fatty acids, which are toxic to the liver and further contribute to free radical formation and lipid peroxidation.
