Ik denk dat deze rechtzaak door Zuid-Afrika naar eer en geweten gevoerd gaat worden. Wel vrees ik dat de corrupte elementen binnen de regering hun eigen misdragingen eronder begraven.

Ik weet vrij zeker dat Israël gaat beginnen over de moorden op blanke boeren die daar plaats vinden. En het probleem is dat ze dan ook nog een punt hebben ook. Haz en Hinkle gaan te kort door de bocht. Hinkle zij eerder ook al dat er geen plaasmoorden plaats vinden. Volgens hem zijn dat gewoon roof moorden zonder racistisch kenmerk. Oftewel de boeren worden gewoon aan hun lot overgelaten, net als dat de meeste westerlingen wegkijken bij de genocide in Palestina.
Hinkle is een communist en kijkt gewoon de andere kant op als linkse regimes moordlustig zijn. Die andere gast ken ik.niet, maar lijkt me van hetzelfde laken een pak.

Ze bedoelen het wel goed, maar hebben totaal geen zicht op de deepstate die ook in de BRICS landen aanwezig is. Ik vind het mooi dat een Afrikaans land het voor de Palestijnen opneemt en hier het 'moreel verheven' Westen voor schut zet. Als dit een succes wordt vrees ik wel dat ze zich er achter kunnen verschuilen en door gaan met hun eigen genocide. Hopelijk roept een ander BRICS land hen dan ter verantwoording.
Rusland maakt de dienst uit in de BRICS, komt goed.

Very weak defense by this lawyer for Israel. The context of 75 years of Israeli apartheid is neither here nor there, the real context is the GENOCIDE committed by Hamas on 10/7. So 1200 deaths on one day, most of which were caused by the IDF, are a genocide and 100 days of reckless and indiscriminate violence against Gazans, resulting in 30,000 deaths and counting, isn't? Thus far, Israel has had ZERO dead Hamas fighters to show for it.
With regard to the evidence put forward by South Africa thus far he dismisses this as mud thrown at the ICJ, in the hopes that it will stick. He cannot mask the derision in his voice throughout his entire presentation. No intent on the part of Israel to commit genocide, no sir. Israel's response is proportional and according to international law and citizens are even warned through telephone calls, leaflets and "safe passages", as Israel targets only military objectives. The clearly genocidal statements made by Israeli government officials are just "random quotes". Netanyahu's Amalek statement was another such "misleadimg quote". You see, Israel's intent was to "mitigate and alleviate suffering". No, it was Hamas who showed genocidal intent, not Israel.
At around the 42 minute mark he discovered that his papers had been shuffled. Was this a sabotage attempt? He seemed flustered after this and lost his arrogance for a spell. He also had a frog in his throat earlier. I guess that's what you get for lying. Of course he had to make a jab at South Africe by accusing them of cheerleading for Hamas. Israel's response was merely "self defense" and "legitimate and necessary", not an act of genocide.
He clearly aims at disproving genocidal intent and does a poor job of it, if you ask me.
