Ok, so a few members of my family and I took the plunge and went to see Dr Craig for this procedure.
There are only a handful of doctors focused solely on this procedure manipulating theC1 vertebrae at the very top of our spines - but I happened to know one of them and he’d been trying to get me to come visit him for a few years now.
In the end, it was the prospect of freeing up your bodies ability to heal itself that really caught my/our attention. Well, that and so many other success stories. Looking to reduce dependence on big pharma ranks pretty high on most folks lists.
I’m going to post/journal here my progress over time as while it unlocks the full potential of your body, meaning there are both immediate and longer term improvements involved, it’s impossible to predict where that takes me. Everyone is different.
So, after screening me and determining the position of the dislocation in f the saddle directly under my skull, he had mee lay on my side on a slightly elevated headrest and ever so gently maneuvered it appropriately in coordination with a hair-breadth drop of a fraction of an inch.
And for me that’s all it took as I remained aligned over the next 5 days and counting. I expect to travel back in a few months to get check and adjust again if necessary, but the cool thing is once your full spine is aligned it won’t go back out save for some sort of jarring accident.
Oh, it’s worth noting that I’ve haf over had +10 concussions in my lifetime, so I was pretty wonky with my balance and memory - something I will keep mindful of paying attention to.
I won’t delve into all the details as he explains so much in Part 1 of 2 videos and I’m not the expert.
All of know for sure is that all the General Medicine and Chiropractic work I’ve had done over the past 3 decades this was by far the best result I’ve ever had. Hands down.
He was already a long-time friend/brother to me…and now he, his family and awesome staff are part of our lives and extended family. And I think that’s pretty damn cool.
NOTE: At the moment the adjustment occurred (silently mind you) I felt a cool rush like water running down my spine replaced with a warm sensation flowing back up through my body.
My right shoulder, injured severely in the service and causing me many problems over the decades had already improved as a result of intensive rounds of physical therapy after being partially, I believe, healed by God. But short of a new shoulder being installed (and the prospect of 2 years of healing/rehab afterward) I decided to take a different route.
The remaining issue tied to my shoulder injury was nerve damage down my right arm and into my thumb and first two fingers. I can’t say that they’ve been almost complete numb because they’ve hurt for so long you almost learn to ignore it.
Almost.
It basically manifested itself as a constant feeling like you woke up sleeping on it, compete with the jagged needles part + slow-burning fire. Some of you know what I’m talking about.
Welp, that whole spectrum of agony reduced to at least half of what it was and I can feel the pads of my fingers and thumb.
They still tingle but this represents a yuge improvement for me…and that occurred immediately.
I also had a nerve between my spine and right shoulder blade that’s also miraculously subsided to a good degree. Haven’t had to ice it at all since and that was a daily dance I was wedded to.
Overall I feel great a week later and am both sleeping soundly and waking up rested.
The process that my body will work itself through will take months, but I couldn’t be more encouraged with the results I’ve already enjoyed first hand.
